Congrats Colorado!

Just a few days ago, Colorado became the 45th state to adopt EPAMD (Electric Personal Assistive Mobility Device) legislation, effectively establishing that Segway Personal Transporters (PTs) and other low-powered, motorized vehicles are allowed for use on sidewalks, bike lanes and roadways where the speed limit does not exceed 30mph/48kph.
